IMMUNEX-SEATTLE

IMMUNEX - SEATTLE SLEAD CONSTRUCTION'S client, Hos Brothers, Woodinville, WA. required a 4,500 gpm storm/sanitary sewer bypass in order to complete an upgrade to the existing system. Because Hos Brothers had a pipe bursting crew and associated subcontractors on a tight schedual, SLEAD needed to have the bypass system on line with no leaks or breaks ready for the time "window". Due to the constraints of operating the system in the heart of Seattle, WA., SLEAD chose its Critically-Silenced 6" trailer-mounted pumps to provide the quiet, efficient, and worry free pumping to get the job done while protecting the area from noise pollution. Pictured below is the system with the manifold shown in the foreground.

Note the redundant check and gate valves on the 20' long discharge manifold, providing an increased safety factor.

Individual suctions (8") for each pump provide further safety in the event of a suction line puncture or leak. Shown here are the suction lines entering the exposed manhole.
